About me

I'm Pau. I run the education programme at a tea farm in Wazuka, Japan. I also look after the training materials that we provide to the professionals. I'm a sake sommelier and a sake scholar. It all started with coffee: a farm in Tanzania, then two fantastic roasteries in Barcelona and Gothenburg.

Dry Goods Press is where I gather my writing and various other projects. Tea Nursery is the tea reference I was looking for and couldn't find. Raw Grilled Boiled is all about sake and food beyond food, one note at a time. Silicon Waffles is all things gadget and tech.
